Alexandra Lutchman

Alexandra Lutchman (BA ’14) is a first-generation graduate raised in the GTA and currently residing in Montreal.

Since graduating, Alexandra has founded two companies, raised a collective of 8.3M, and now focuses on high-growth, technology-driven companies to build and scale their infrastructure. She is currently a co-founder and Director of Operations at Rhodium Labs, a technology advisory firm based in Montreal and Toronto.

At Rhodium, Alexandra is responsible for client development, firm-wide process improvement and strategic operations. She specializes in advising large financial or risk institutions on technical initiatives, business growth and people management and startup companies who two  who are on a path to exponential growth.

She also founded KNØX Industries, a blockchain-based custody solution for financial institutions and served as Chief Operating Officer Operations since its creation in December 2017. Alexandra and her co-founders successfully raised 8.3M and she grew the team from 4 to 30 in under a year. She oversaw the operational implementation of all initiatives in regulatory, legal and insurance product development.

Prior to that, Alexandra was the Operations Director at WearHacks, an event-driven nonprofit, overseeing more than 10,000 participants per year. She lead critical  expansion initiatives in the operational and technology resourcing, sponsorships, marketing, and ambassador retention.
